The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the town center. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The bathroom amenities were lacking, with a small shower box and only one sink.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the included minibar and the coffee maker in the room. The room was clean and well-designed, but that is where the positives ended.
The location was not as central as I expected and it was quite noisy throughout the night. The biggest disappointments were the uncomfortable beds and the high price tag attached to almost everything inside the hotel.

I liked the fact that it was close to the train station which made travelling easy. It is also easy to hire a bike at the station. The staff were friendly.

the location is perfect, just 5-7 minutes away from the train station and few minutes away from the city center.
It says to be a 4 stars hotel, but in fact i didnt see the difference between budget hoetls and Mercure. This hotel is just overpriced. Tiny bathroom, dirty curtains, no minibar, no internet (wifi is not for free, and even if you pay for the internet, the the speed is horrible!) Breakfast is 17 euro p.p what i find also incredible, that you have to pay for the breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the St Ludgeri church and close to both the station and the city centre. It was convenient to explore this city without being right in the hustle and bustle. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, parking was convenient in the public lot across the street.

Location. Employees were nice.
The room I got was cheap. However, it was located in front of the street traffic signs so I woke up quite early with the noise of the cars, bus, etc...I Was not expecting this level of noise in a 4 star hotel.

We have previously stayed in the Mercure Hotel Reisa and in the Mercure Hotel Munster, and have always been very satisfied. The staff have always been extremely and courteous.
During our stay this time, Internet access was not available on the two occasions we attempted to use it. We were not too impressed with the shower/toilet facility in our bedroom. The door from the bedroom to this area was Perspex and as we had our granddaughter with us, this did not allow much privacy. In the shower cubicle it was impossible to have a shower without soaking the floor.

All the drinks in the minibar is charged. There are some noise of cars during the night.

Access to the railway station
The floor we were on smelt of smoke and the room was very tired. Certainly not 4 star standard.
